Competition Karate
The Competition Karate Program is designed to take karate athletes to the next level through a tailored training program that runs all year round. Students compete at tournaments for Team EGN and will have their progress tracked in order to improve as athletes.
EGN Karate Competition Team Training Program:
- The goal of this program is to take our Karate athletes to the next level through a tailored training program that runs all year round. Package ($260/athlete) includes:
- Focuses on these six pillars: agility, strength, speed, stamina, strategy, technique
- 4 sessions a month: Thursdays and Sundays in 2-3 hours blocks each
- Monthly check-ins to track athletic progress
- Monthly overnight trainings sessions with pick up and drop off bus service
- Virtual and in-person training seminars with guests
- Discounts on tournaments registration (thru Team Fundraising) and seminars.
- Light snacks and water provided
- Program runs all year round for the competition season: September through July.
